Get all the information you need here, whether you are a new or existing patient. Our goal is to make you comfortable, so please read through all of our patient information:

Cancellation Policy

Our dedication to you is the same level of service that we work to bring to every client, every appointment, every day. In order to do this to the best of our ability, we request that all of our patients give us notice of cancellation and rescheduling at least two business days before your appointment. There is typically a fee associated with inadequate notice.

New Patients

We want to treat you to the very best of our abilities, but the best treatment means that we have to have all of the information. Because of this, we recommend that all of our new patients have an oral exam with one of our doctors before scheduling your service.

Payments

Payments are due at the time of your treatment. We are able to accept MasterCard, American Express, VISA and all types of debit cards, however we do not accept personal cheques.

We don’t believe that your oral health should be sacrificed because it’s not affordable. Because of this, we offer financing options, which must be discussed with our office before your treatment.

Insurance

We are able to submit any claims to your dental insurance provider, which often is followed with a reimbursement a few days after.

Call today if you have any questions about our office or our doctors, and make your appointment now!
